The main areas we will do work is New Plymouth, Bell Block and Oakura, but we will also look at some projects/jobs in the greater Taranaki Region on a case by case basis.  Though free quotes are only for New Plymouth, Bell Block and Oakura areas.

10% deposit on acceptance of the quote, and the balance within 7 days from the date of the invoice.

A re-roof usually takes between 2 and 5 days depending on the size of the roof and the complexity of the job. We can let you know how long we expect it to take when you book your job.  We are strongly influenced by the weather, but we will communicate with you – letting you know if we are delayed in any way.

We will only remove as much of the old roofing material that we will be able to replace that same day. The roof is generally only uncovered for a very short period of time during the day.

No, generally not.  We do however require access to power.  This can be easily arranged at the time of the job – usually by an extension lead left out (or similar).

Please note that roof quotations/estimates for the purpose of Real Estate negotiations or Bank Approvals are charged at $250 + GST (e.g. when the property is not yet owned, or is on the market for sale).

Should you choose to proceed with the roofing works after your Real Estate transaction is complete, this amount will then be deducted from your quotation.

Yes, our roofing team have completed may types of conversions, and changing from a tiled roof – to a longrun/iron roof – is a process our experienced team have done many times.
